Information we collect
When you send a project inquiry, we collect the contact and project details you provide, including your name, company, email, country or market, project type, quantities, timing and message.
Website analytics
We use first-party anonymous visitor and session identifiers to record page paths, product views, project-list actions, inquiry starts and successful inquiry submissions. We also record referral and campaign parameters when present. Analytics events do not contain your inquiry message, email address or phone number.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you, prepare a response, understand which channels support qualified project inquiries and maintain a record of the commercial conversation. We do not sell inquiry or analytics data.
Retention and sharing
Information is retained only as needed for analytics, inquiry handling, legal obligations and legitimate business records. It may be shared with relevant supplier personnel and service providers involved in responding to your request.
